1.0 CPE Finance credits are recommended

This session is considered a basic program level session.  Advanced prep is not necessary, but bringing experience with funding of receiverships you’ve worked on will be helpful.  There are no pre-requisites.

There will be three live questions asked during the session in accordance with NASBA guidelines.  Participants will be required to answer questions in order to gain CLE/CPE certification for attendance.

The Commercial Receivers Association is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.
