Chris Van Mullem holds a law degree from Western Michigan University and an MBA with a real estate finance specialization from the University of Wisconsin.

Prior to joining Resolute, Chris led real estate development teams in Texas and Arizona leading land development and vertical construction on various multi-million-dollar projects.

Chris has over 15 years of legal and financial analysis and is both a licensed attorney and Certified Fraud Examiner. His real estate experience includes investment analysis, acquisitions and disposition experience, project and asset management, development, and capital markets experience.

As a former loan portfolio officer, he was responsible for financial analysis and risk reporting on a $250,000,000 loan portfolio.
